Her deep understanding of horses, combined with a hands-on approach, makes her an essential pillar of the team. With lifelong experience in riding and horse care, Verena has worked with everything from auction horses and young FEI prospects to advanced dressage horses at the St. George level. Alongside Robert, she built and managed a respected international equine business grounded in expertise, trust, and passion for the sport.

Now in her third year of Business Marketing at St. Lawrence College, she brings both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to the role. Her deep involvement in the equestrian world—ranging from grooming and riding sales horses to photographing elite competitions—gives her a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Growing up in a family whose life revolved around horses, it was only natural for Romy to channel her lifelong passion into building the Equitron-Pro brand.
